Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Deliver comprehensive reservoir engineering expertise, including Integrated Reservoir Modelling to support key business decisions, reserves updates, WRFM planning, and annual business planning.
  • Represent our client in subsurface-related JV governance, collaborating with JV sub-committees and working groups to shape governance, influence key decisions, and align Key Focus Areas (KFAs).
  • Track and assess asset and operator performance, identify performance gaps, and work to enhance asset value by defining and executing on KFAs.
  • Support emerging WRFM initiatives and upcoming infill projects aimed at securing Final Investment Decisions (FID) and advancing key commercial activities.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Integrated Reservoir Modelling & Management.
  • Proven expertise in reserves reporting and WRFM.
  • Strong track record in subsurface project delivery.
  • Experience with Previso is advantageous.
  • Ability to establish and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with Joint Venture Partners (JVPs), effectively influencing operator decisions and aligning with Shell's internal assurance teams.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and strong influencing skills, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing team with a collaborative, inclusive approach is essential for success in this role.
