Introduction

Brunel is working closely with an established, gloabl OEM who are a leader in the PV market and looking to diversfy their portfolio here in Asutralia with new BESS products. Lead the new business unit in providing technical and commercial support to their clients as well as guiding the company in how to enter the Australian market.

What are you going to do 

Provide an end to end solution for utility scale BESS projects from design through to commissioning you'll be the go to person to develop customise system solutions and manage design, integration, deployment and commissioning process for control systems. This role requires technical leadership and robust quality control as you will be developing, reviewing and approving design and project deliverables, tailoring proposals and supporting projects throughout their life-cycle.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in complete integration work of large scale BESS projects.
  • Electrical engineering relevant degree.
  • Technical understanding of PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Control systems experience of generation projects into the grid.
  • Preffered experience in renewable energy design and commissioning and control systems.
  • Previously worked in client facing roles and confident to present to executive level stakeholders.
