What are you going to do
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical maintenance of fixed plant assets (crushers, conveyors, screens, and chutes).
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations and maintenance teams to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot mechanical failures.
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with fixed plant assets (crushers, conveyors, screens, and chutes).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and reliability principles.
- Valid driver's license.
- Full Australian working rights.
