Responsibilities Support the activities of Technical and Maintenance Manager (TMM) particularly during extraordinary modifications and activities. And communication of these schedules to all parties. Identify maintenance backlog (overdue work orders from CMMS/IFS). In consultation with TMM and offshore management, evaluate and finalise scope. Develop or manager development of required work packs for the planned Maintenance tasks where needed. Monitor IFS dashboard on daily basis, ensure that SCPM and RA get the attention it needs. Support TTM in Client related meetings and reporting/ preparations thereof as required. Actively participate in JSAs, FSAs, and RCAs as required and manage required reports and maintain historical documentation. Direct and coordinate all relevant local requisitions for spares, consumables and services for repairs and maintenance activities.
