As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that truly make a difference - from product innovation to quality improvements and post-launch modifications. Functieomschrijving

  • Lead complex, cross-functional innovation projects related to medical devices and applications - from the early concept phase through to market introduction.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams across areas such as software, hardware, supply chain, regulatory, and industrialisation.
  • Ensure compliance with medical quality and safety standards, including QMS, regulatory submissions, and notified body approvals.
  • Collaborate across global Philips teams and departments to align project goals with the organisation's strategic roadmap.

You're a confident project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You understand the complexity of innovation in healthcare and know how to get the best out of international teams. You bring structure, clarity and results - even in challenging circumstances.

You also have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of project management experience.
  • A proven track record managing complex, international projects within corporate environments.
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives, including CAPAs.
  • Deep knowledge of medical device regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
