Senior IP Designer

This role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing advanced networking IP solutions while ensuring protocol compliance, security, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading IP design, collaborating on implementation, ensuring interoperability with industry standards, and mentoring junior designers. It also involves working with cross-functional teams, staying updated on emerging technologies, leading software testing, developing migration scripts, and driving automation in an agile environment to enhance scalability and performance. • IP Design: Lead the design and definition of advanced networking IP blocks to meet the requirements of next-generation network systems.
• Implementation: Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely and first time right implementation of IP designs ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance targets.
• Protocol Compliance: Ensure compliance of networking IP designs with relevant networking protocols and standards, such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, UDP, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, and others, to facilitate interoperability and compatibility with existing network infrastructure.
• Design: Design network solutions based on business requirements, including the preparation of High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), as well as the preparation of detailed network diagrams and document network configurations.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development in networking protocol design and implementation
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including system architects, security engineers, and operations engineers, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of networking IP designs within larger network systems.
