Are you ready to help shape the future of high-tech machine automation? We're looking for a Machine Automation Engineer to join an innovative team in Eindhoven. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing the behavioral logic that drives complex mechatronic systems.

You'll work at the intersection of software, hardware, and machine control - creating smart, safe, and autonomous systems that perform with precision and reliability.

What you'll do:

  • Design safe startup, recovery, and shutdown procedures for machines.
  • Develop self-calibration routines to support autonomous operation.
  • Define and implement behavior for auxiliary systems and subsystems.
  • Write clear and structured specifications for software and HMIs.
  • Translate system behavior into UML diagrams and state machines.
  • Validate machine behavior to ensure performance, robustness, and safety.

Vereisten

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar).
  • 4-6 years of experience in machine automation or related high-tech environments.
  • A strong grasp of system-level design, interface definition, and machine behavior.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and complex system architectures.
