工作职责

1、负责区域内工业客户销售管理和业务开拓;

2、负责区域KA客户的合作洽谈、合作协议签署等;

3、完成区域季度、年度销售及回款目标;

4、负责制定销售策略并监督实施;

5、完成各项市场活动,收集市场及行业信息,及时向上级及市场部反馈;

6、领导安排的其它工作。

Essential skills and knowledge 

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历生物学、药学、医学等相关专业;

2、3年以上销售工作经验,有客户客户开发优先考虑;

3、熟悉生物药研发、生产流程,熟悉细胞培养基相关专业知识;

4、较强的口头及书面沟通技能、商务谈判技能、组织协调技能、协作能力;

5、能接受一定的出差,有一定的抗压能力。

Application process

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
