Oversee operations accountabilities, including safety compliance, quality, productivity, and cost management.
Lead and manage the manufacturing operations team, fostering teamwork and professional development.
Develop and manage the annual operations budget, monitoring expenditures and reporting variances.
Develop and execute operations strategies that maximize productivity, minimize waste, and reduce operating costs.
Ensure alignment with sales and distribution teams to meet customer service commitments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPIs and overall operational efficiency.
Manage operations to achieve P&L objectives.
Promote EHS policy and ensure proper machinery operation and maintenance.
Lead capital projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential skills and knowledge
15+ years of experience in manufacturing operation management and recent 3 years as a regional operation role. (cover multi-sites both in China and overseas)
Manufacture management experience in Southeast Asia will be a strong plus.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, scientific Instrument, high end Equipment and other related is a strong plus.
Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
Fluent English & Chinese language skills.
50% Global Travel frequency.
