Introduction

At Brunel, we partner with a number of Upper National Tier 2, Local Tier 2 and Tier 3 Main Contractor construction companies within QLD that are looking to hire experienced Commercial Construction candidates to help manage the exciting flood of New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment works hitting the state.

What are you going to do 

All of the roles are Full Time Permanent and salaries range depending on experience.

We will consider your prior experience and succesfully delivered projects in order to discuss suitable roles, companies and projects that you will be submitted for.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or similar (trade qualifications or experience considered if you are a Site Manager) (Required)
  • 4+ years of experience working in the Australian Commercial Construction Industry for a Main Contractor Builder. (Required)
  • Exposure to projects valued at $10m+ (Required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excels at organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.

First Contact

We carefully review your application and in the coming weeks, you will be notified for an interview session if you are selected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days. 
 

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
