Project Overview
The Cameron Liquefaction Project's $10 billion liquefaction facility has corporate headquarters in Houston. The Cameron Liquefaction Project is located just outside the small southwest Louisiana town of Hackberry, 18 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico. It consists of three liquefaction trains with a nameplate capacity of approximately 13.5 million tonnes per year of LNG. The facility will utilize Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.’s (APCI) process and equipment as the liquefaction technology.
Work Scope
Brunel was provided the contract to provide a project team to supervise the EPC phase of the project, covering both engineering, procurement and construction for the natural gas liquefaction and export facilities as well as the LNG regasification facility.
