What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, actionable strategies to guide the transformation
  • Foster strong relationships and secure buy-in from all critical stakeholders
  • Ensure transparent and consistent communication to keep everyone aligned and informed
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to help teams embrace new processes and technologies
  • Continuously track the transformation's progress and make data-driven adjustments
  • Identify potential challenges early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale organisational changes
  • Strong skills in engaging and managing diverse stakeholders, including frontline employees, and senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey change initiatives and benefits
  • Ability to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and develop metrics to track progress
  • Ability to coach and support
