What are you going to do 

  • Evaluation of application parameters when integrating sensors and prototype HMIs into vehicles.
  • Documentation of vehicle data and application parameters.
  • System configuration checks, connecting and compiling system configuration files with functional software.
  • Uploading software to control units.
  • System installation in vehicles and conducting integration tests.
  • Application studies on test and customer vehicles.
  • Clarifying the intended behavior of the system with the project team and system specialists.
  • Identifying potential root causes of system degradation and proposing countermeasures.
  • Specification, planning, execution, and analysis of system tests.
  • Initial system startup, including integration tests.
  • Creation of application guidelines and reports.
  • Collaboration in deriving mechanical, hardware, and software requirements with all R&D departments.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with system integration and testing in the automotive or similar industries, ideally in sensors and HMI.
  • Experience in system file configuration and integration of software (e.g., firmware, control units).
  • Knowledge of system testing processes, including integration testing and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in programming and uploading software to control units
  • Experience with creating application documentation, reports, and specifications.
  • Proficient in English for working with technical documentation and communicating with international teams.
