Brunel has partnered with a Brisbane based Builder / Developer looking for a Site Manager to join their team. This is a full time, permanent role and the initial project is a multi-storey residential build valued at $40m+.

Our client have a strong name in the market for their luxury apartment and commercial developments.

You will be joining a highly skilled team with years of construction experience and long serving tenures within the company.

What are you going to do

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

This is a crucial role within the project team, it will require someone with the ability to multi task, keep morale high on site and be able to motivate stakeholders. Also required:

  • Site Supervisor license
  • 7+ years experience devliering commercial builds (Required)
  • Exposure on commercial project from $20m+ (Apartment experience preferred)
  • Trade qualified
  • Strong Communication
  • Ability to read plans
