- Design and lead the execution of experiments for assay development
- Explore techniques and technologies to optimize assay sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop project goals that align with company priorities and timelines.
- Source samples and reagents, establish collaborations, and leverage external resources to drive projects forward efficiently.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements in the field and incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into research projects.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and publications.
- Provide scientific expertise and guidance to team members, creating a collaborative and forward-thinking research environment.
