Introduction

We are currently hiring a Real Estate Accommodations Advisor for our natural gas client in Terrace, BC. You will be responsible providing top quality experiences for our client's new joiners to Terrace. The successful candidate of this role will foster positive and collaborative relations within and across operational teams and various departments, manage and support stakeholder expectations, with a safety-first focus while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 5+ years' experience in Hospitality industry or a similar customer-focused field
  • Experience in property management, facility management, or logistics considered an asset
  • Experience in communications, policy development, and business writing considered an asset
  • The ability to work well within a team environment, under demanding timelines and deliveries
  • The ability to manage stakeholders, internally and externally
  • The energy to bring a continuous improvement mindset to processes and work to identity efficiencies and opportunities
  • The capacity at times to work outside of regular hours (evenings, weekends)
  • Business and/or Management education considered an asset as well as experience within Human Resources function.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
