What are you going to do 

  • Be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
  • Supervise of the production process, drawing up a production schedule
  • Ensure that the production is cost effective
  • Decide what resources are required
  • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Have responsibility for the selection and maintenance of equipment
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
  • Make liaisons among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
  • Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers
  • Review worker performance

First Contact

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
