We have a current opportunity for a Manufacturing Machine Operator - Products and Prototyping on a contract basis, with potential for extension. The position is based at Dawson Rd, Perth (close to Perth Airport).
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on machine operator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing quality products to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to build and assemble advanced green energy technologies. The successful candidate will fulfill Production Order requests for unique parts and subcomponents, following strict work instructions. We are seeking experienced production technicians with electro-mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial screen, film, or Roll-to-Roll printing industries, or similar, with broad experience operating machines such as computer-controlled routers, cutters, and hydraulic heated platen presses.
Joining a young but rapidly growing Workshop Facility, you will have the opportunity to be involved in commissioning and first-time operation of new equipment. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will help build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and production. Over time, you will also support and recommend improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
