What are you going to do 

We zijn op zoek naar medior IT Support Engineers voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in Leiden. In deze rol heb je contact met interne eindgebruikers via telefoon, chat of face-to-face. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor beheer en ondersteuning. Daarnaast ben je ook wekplekbeheerder en neem je deel aan projecten. Geen dag is hierdoor hetzelfde. Bovendien bieden we je groeimogelijkheden binnen ons bedrijf op kosten van Brunel.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 IT opleiding met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op de servicedesk of als werkplekbeheerder.
  • Behulpzaam en proactief.
  • Pré: ITILv4-certficiering.

What we offer 

  • Een basissalaris van € 3000,- bruto op basis van 40 uur per week. Plus een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 300,- afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Recht op een OV-businesskaart (ook voor privégebruik).
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
