What are you going to do 

Als IT Support Engineer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor interne eindgebruikers, zowel via telefoon, chat als face-to-face. Naast het afhandelen van tickets kun je ook projecten oppakken en werkplekbeheer-taken uitvoeren. En dat is nog niet alles! Bij ons krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door certificeringen te behalen, zoals ITIL 4, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt. Hiermee kun je doorgroeien naar functies in bijvoorbeeld functioneel beheer, cloud of security – de keuze is aan jou!

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 IT opleiding met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen een IT functie.
  • Een pro-actieve houding.
  • Je bent behulpzaam, klantvriendelijk en altijd op zoek naar de beste oplossing.

What we offer 

  • Een startsalaris vanaf €2700,- per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week) met daarbovenop een projecttoeslag tussen de €200,- en €500,-, afhankelijk van je ervaring.
  • Recht op een OV-businesskaart of leaseauto op basis van reisafstand, beiden ook voor privégebruik.

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
