Introduction

The Completions Head will report directly to the Commissioning Manager, and will be in charge:• To coordinate completions activities preparation, having close contact with other parties involved, and in respect with company regulations.
• To witness and validate pre-commissioning/commissioning activities performed by CTR teams into ICAPS, in a safe and professional manner, within the framework and priorities defined by the Commissioning Manager.• To ensure that all Completions CTRs teams are aligned with OPERCOM philosophy following the same Company standards.
• To provide a complete progress reporting during pre-commissioning/commissioning phases for all assets.• To be the technical reference for all matters related to his trade and providing solutions to technical issues.
• To assist and support the Commissioning Manager for activities linked to company’s projects in both preparation and execution phases at Doha, at the fabrication sites and offshore field when needed.

What are you going to do 

EPCIC PRE-COMMISSIONING /COMMISSIONING PREPARATION PHASE• When commissioning is prepared by contractor, provide technical supervision of contractor, and advise CSH in view to meet company expectation.
• Have close contact with CTRs ICAPS Admin to ensure Database population, Test sheets forms are completed in a synchronised way among all parties.• Collaboration with the Contractor to ensure requirements for systems completion (e.g., walk downs and reviews) are clearly understood and adhered to.
• Has a clear understanding of all type of operational and organization documents related to interfaces with other parties (contractor, field operation, drilling, onshore, offshore).• Provide technical supervision on the combined Pre-commissioning / Commissioning punch list.
• Construction/Pre-commissioning & Commissioning requests.• Prepare discipline-/subsystem wise reports for progress meeting.
• OPERCOM and ICAPS Training for Personal.• Monitor ICAPS assistant for proper documentation/prepare necessary dossiers as and when required.

EPCIC COMMISSIONING EXECUTION PHASE• Follow up of subsystems’ Completion during preparation and execution phases including coordination with different parties.

Supervise the management of the commissioning database - ICAPS.• Supervise the Management of Punch list.
• Reports on overall progress and expended man-hours• Supervise the management of Pre-commissioning / Commissioning /TOM dossiers.

EPCIC REPORTING AND PROGRESS FOLLOW UP• Provide daily reporting as per Commissioning Manager requirements.
• Ensure the updating by Contractors of ICAPS is properly done and associated daily/weekly reports are performed for all packages.• Follow and report the Gap analysis between actual progress and Project curve for Commissioning schedule.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelors of science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering.
  • Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 3 years’ experience as Completion Engineer or ICAPS administrator role.
  • Experienced with company Standards (Total General Specifications), OPERCOM and ICAPS, PRODOM and relevant codes and standards.
  • Language: Fluent English.
  • Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Available for technical missions worldwide.
  • Computer literate (access, excel, FTP network…).
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
