Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Management Assistant to support the Vice President Investor Relations and the Team with a focus in coordinating the logistics for events, roadshows and conferences. This will be a 6 month contract with a possible view to extend located at their 'state of the art' Perth CBD premises.

What are you going to do 

Global Calendar

  • Planning the global calendar of Investor Relations events and meetings
  • Arranging all logistics associated with roadshows and conferences
  • Coordinating logistics for investor presentations and site visits
  • Arranging investor meetings
  • Liaising with security for events with C-suite
  • Communicating with relevant EAs to set up internal and external meetings involving IR, ELT and/or Board members
  • Logging Meeting minutes
  • Responsible for preparing briefing notes ahead of Investor meetings

Support to Vice President (VP) Investor Relations and the Team

  • Support VP IR with meetings and travel arrangements
  • Setup Team meetings
  • Arrange supplier contracts

Investment Relations (IR) contact channels

  • Monitoring IR mailbox and answer investor queries
  • Answering the IR phone line number and answer investor queries

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • University qualification or equivalent will be well received, but is not essential
  • Previous experience in coordinating events
  • Experience in the Energy sector will be desirable
  • Knowledge of Company business, systems and processes will be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate various stakeholders, workstreams and deliver through a hard timeline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly diligent in processes with great attention to details
  • Confident key stakeholder relationships skills with the ability to engage with and influence others
  • Learning mindset - who looks for opportunities to continuously improve and optimise deliverables
