Introduction

Lead site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and timeline goals. Oversee earthworks, drainage, pavements, and utilities while liaising with engineers and stakeholders. A hands-on role for a proactive leader in civil construction.

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in subdivision and road infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, pavements, and utility installations.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schedules, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality control, and meeting project deadlines.
