Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing an Administration Assistant for a 12 month contract located in their Corporate Perth CBD offices. You will support this dynamic Project Team.

What are you going to do 

An insight to your responsibilities with include:

  • Providing a wide range of administration support to the Project
  • Supporting project correspondence process by using CDS (both internal and external correspondence)
  • Maintaining desk plan / office plan / list of Company personnel
  • Managing the organisation charts in SAP
  • Coordinating and accomplishing sign off of key documentation for both Company and Contractor
  • Booking flights / hotels / transfers and prepare travel request
  • Coordinating flights, accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites
  • Providing support for a necessary working visa for team member

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Availability to work Monday – Thursday in the office and Friday (work from home) – mandatory
  • 8 hours per day - to 5.00pm
  • Confident communication skills and collaborative attitude with other team members
  • Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
