How is Project Risk Assurance (PRA) achieved?

During the engineering phase of major projects, the early involvement of commissioning and start-up expertise is paramount to avoiding costly delays.

Project Risk Assurance team members are experienced project personnel with multi-disciplined backgrounds in Engineering, Planning, Construction, CSU, Process Safety, Operations and Management.

They have the capability to work with project delivery teams and senior project management personnel to help manage a controlled project assurance process that ensures risks to project milestones are minimised.
