  • Experience in a phyically demanding role
  • Abilty to work in various environmental conditions
  • Effective time management
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and provide clear and concise instruction when required
  • Actively participate in Prestart and Safety Meetings
  • Willingness to learn
  • Display commitment to safe production
