About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain the end-to-end testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and securing stakeholder approval.
  • Lead end-to-end testing across multiple delivery streams, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities, engaging with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Produce and distribute regular test reports and dashboards, tracking progress against key testing criteria.
  • Conduct scope discovery workshops with stakeholders to define test approaches and expected outcomes.
  • Manage test case creation, execution, and verification, ensuring requirements traceability.
  • Lead defect management and resolution processes, facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams.
  • Drive evidence-based testing with clear metrics and measurable results.
  • Provide expert testing management services as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading a testing team in operational technology and/or software development projects.
  • Strong test management capabilities across all testing levels, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Expertise in delivering evidence-based testing solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to develop and implement an end-to-end testing strategy in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Proficiency in defining and tracking key testing metrics, including creating dashboards to measure progress.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating testing efforts across multiple stakeholders, including vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk profiling and quality assurance.
  • High levels of initiative, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defect management, resolution processes, and requirements traceability.
