Introduction

We are seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to assist in the validation of Fortex products, along with the development of any supporting documentation that will aide current and future end-users in all aspects of the delivered products.

About this role

Operate on rotating 8:6/7:7 rosters with potential for night shifts.
Collaborate with Development/Integration/Verification teams to ensure successful product acceptance.
Validate Fortex products against functional requirements.
Create, execute and update test cases and plans to ensure products meet intended functionality.
Develop and maintain product manuals.
Identify and report system issues during validation activities using the Jira Bugs process.
Roster and Site Travel flexibility for Validation activities based on Release Deployments.

Is this you?

Adaptable to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organisation
Ability to make effective, intuitive decisions under pressure

Experience:

At least 3 years site-based experience
Proficient knowledge and application of a Fleet Management System
Proven experience in validation testing
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
