About this role

  • Work closely with frontline and management team driving HSE excellence across a business where everyone is responsible for HSE.
  • Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on building a strong HSE culture and accountability for HSE in their areas.
  • Work closely with local and regional HSE teams as well as SME on specific risks relating to a Oil & Gas supply base.
  • Provide support to and participate in emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training. 
  • Develop and deliver HSE awareness and workforce engagement programmes as required. 
  • Focus on the Health aspects of HSE especially mental health promotion among the site.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent or
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
