About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Evaluation: Analyze and assess contractor bids to ensure optimal value, quality, and project scope alignment.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee and manage contractors on-site to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
  • Time Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Contract Reviews: Review and negotiate project contracts to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless integration of mechanical systems within waste management facilities
  • Lead the construction of waste facilities, ensuring the project meets all technical, quality, and safety standards.
  • Schedule and manage contractors, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee site management, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish

  • Proven experience in the construction of waste management facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Excellent skills in project management, time scheduling, and contract management.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
