About this role

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Evaluation: Analyze and assess contractor bids to ensure optimal value, quality, and project scope alignment.
Contractor Management: Oversee and manage contractors on-site to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
Time Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Contract Reviews: Review and negotiate project contracts to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless integration of mechanical systems within waste management facilities
Lead the construction of waste facilities, ensuring the project meets all technical, quality, and safety standards.
Schedule and manage contractors, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Oversee site management, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish

Requirements:

Proven experience in the construction of waste management facilities.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
Excellent skills in project management, time scheduling, and contract management.
Ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
