About this role

  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and engineering operations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Implement process improvement strategies and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop engineering and manufacturing professionals.
  • Analyse production data and report key insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Is this you?

  • Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a senior manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering continuous improvement outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
