About this role

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and engineering operations.
Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Implement process improvement strategies and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Mentor and develop engineering and manufacturing professionals.
Analyse production data and report key insights to inform strategic decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Is this you?

Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a senior manufacturing engineering role.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering continuous improvement outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Hands-on technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
