Our client are a stable national company with works across VIC, NSW and QLD. They specialise in their industry delivering New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment projects from Warehouses to Distribution Centres and Live Environments.

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Foreman, you'll lead and mentor your on-site team and trades, working closely with the Site Manager.

You'll manage the project schedule, engage with clients, and handle risks providing solutions. Your role includes overseeing Health & Safety, quality, costs, and budgets, ensuring the project meets its goals. You'll enforce policies, codes, and acts, manage subcontractors efficiently, and lead site meetings and toolbox talks.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified (Required)
  • 5+ years experience working as a Foreman on Commercial Construction projects within Australia or New Zealand (Required)
  • Valid Site Supervisor license (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors on site
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans.
