About this role
- Leading a team on site, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Keeping projects on time, on budget, and up to standard.
- Solving problems and making quick calls when needed.
Is this you?
- Experience in landscaping and/or civil works (ideally in commercial or infrastructure projects).
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to keep a team motivated and productive.
- A solid understanding of site safety, machinery, and construction processes.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Drivers' license (a must), and any relevant tickets (a bonus!)

The salary bracket depending on experience is $115,000 - $130,000 + super + veichle and everything else you will require to suceed in the position.
