About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage workers and subcontractors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Plan daily site activities to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards through regular inspections.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and address hazards.
  • Oversee materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact; report progress and issues to the site and project manager.
  • Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow.
  • Record daily activities, resource usage, and workforce details.
  • Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Experience working on Live Sites highly regarded
  • Valid Site Supervisor license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial builds.
  • Previous involvement in commercial projects valued from $5M upwards.
  • Trade qualification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans.
