About this role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage workers and subcontractors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Plan daily site activities to meet project timelines.
Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards through regular inspections.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and address hazards.
Oversee materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.
Act as the on-site point of contact; report progress and issues to the site and project manager.
Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow.
Record daily activities, resource usage, and workforce details.
Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Is this you?

Requirements:

Experience working on Live Sites highly regarded
Valid Site Supervisor license.
3-5 years of experience in commercial builds.
Previous involvement in commercial projects valued from $5M upwards.
Trade qualification.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans.
