About this role

The Role
Reporting to the State Field Manager, they are seeking a technically minded and sharp and Field Services Technician to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of field projects. The role involves the Installation, upgrading, and replacement of metering equipment, as well as the regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of metering systems in the field.
Along with this, troubleshooting technical issues related to meter reading equipment, connectivity, and data transmission and providing technical support to field supervisors, remote support teams and customer service representatives.

The Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong attention to detail, adaptive, problem-solving efficacy, with the ability to maintain and improve standards, time management skills, and effective communication abilities. This will be supported by proven experience in field operations within metering, a solid understanding of methodologies including technical processes, tools, and techniques and a proficiency in software with strong computer literacy.
