Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and metrics to support Maintenance & Reliability initiatives. This role involves sourcing, cleansing, and formatting large-scale datasets to drive maintenance improvements and optimize system performance. Additionally, the candidate may identify improvement opportunities through data analysis to support a Reliability-Centred Maintenance approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development:Develop, implement, and maintain Maintenance & Reliability dashboards and metrics with tiered reporting.

  • Data Sourcing & Cleansing:Source, cleanse, and format data for maintenance improvements, including process metrics, report reconciliation, and reporting on maintenance status, workflow, condition, and volume.

  • Data Analysis for Improvement:Identify maintenance and reliability improvement opportunities through detailed data analysis to optimize maintenance processes and enhance availability.

Is this you?

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data cleansing techniques and tools, including leveraging statistical confidence estimations from sampling.
  • Experience with SAP WMS datasets, specifically within PM, MM, and Finance modules
  • Extensive experience in large-scale data manipulation and optimization, including integrating datasets and generating derived metrics.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization using Excel and Power BI, with additional experience in tools such as Highcharts or JFree seen as a plus.
  • Proven track record in performance management and systems modelling, including the development and reporting of KPIs and metrics.
