As the Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for customers helping them with their queries and communicating technical advice to all audiences. Working hand-in-hand with the internal and site teams you will be a key stakeholder managing the customer relationships

About this role

Description :

Be the trusted point of contact for customer support after installation.
Ensure smooth delivery of services across customer SLAs and manage their performance.
Hold regular SLA review meetings, staying ahead of issues and risks.
Monitor and resolve support cases quickly, keeping communication transparent.
Advise customers on stock management and spares to keep operations flowing smoothly.
Suggest upgrades or new features that align with customer needs.

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree and or mining industry experience - highly advantageous
Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on SLAs.
A natural communicator with excellent people management skills.
Sharp commercial instincts and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong organizational abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to communicate technical advice to non-technical audiences.
