As the Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for customers helping them with their queries and communicating technical advice to all audiences. Working hand-in-hand with the internal and site teams you will be a key stakeholder managing the customer relationships

As the Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for customers helping them with their queries and communicating technical advice to all audiences. Working hand-in-hand with the internal and site teams you will be a key stakeholder managing the customer relationships.

Description :

  • Be the trusted point of contact for customer support after installation.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of services across customer SLAs and manage their performance.
  • Hold regular SLA review meetings, staying ahead of issues and risks.
  • Monitor and resolve support cases quickly, keeping communication transparent.
  • Advise customers on stock management and spares to keep operations flowing smoothly.
  • Suggest upgrades or new features that align with customer needs.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree and or mining industry experience - highly advantageous
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on SLAs.
  • A natural communicator with excellent people management skills.
  • Sharp commercial instincts and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to communicate technical advice to non-technical audiences.
