Introduction

Accounts Payable Clerk needed for 6 Month Contract working with a market leader in the Mining Industry.

About this role

We have a current opportunity for a Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Perth CBD. For further information about this position please apply.

  • Processing high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Managing payment runs, reconciliations, and vendor queries
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Strong proficiency in SAP is essential
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
