Introduction

Brunel are working with one of our most reputable clients around the globe in the search for a SURF Flowline Lead Engineer to work on a major FPSO expansion project

Start date: ASAP

Location: Paris, France

Duration: 18 Months (renewable up to 5 years)

What are you going to do 

What you Will be Doing:

  • Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE&Q, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
  • Ensure all flowlines technical documentation and SURF Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations.
  • Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project
  • Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project,
  • Ensure progress, fitness for purpose, and compliance with Company Rules and Specifications, project requirements and international codes of all engineering for flowlines, In-Line-Tees (ITLs), Flowline-EndTerminations (FLETs), rigid spools and rigid jumpers and associated items during all Project phases,
  • Be responsible for all pre-Project and FEED flowlines engineering activities and manage all Pre-project and FEED contractor technical activities,

Essential skills and knowledge 

You are Right for This Role if:

  • Master's degree in engineering and strong experience in engineering for rigid flowlines, rigid
  • spools, rigid jumpers, FLETs, ILTs, and associated items and ancillaries
  • Professional Experience: at least 15 years in detailed engineering and execution phases (procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, pre-commissioning) related to rigid flowlines, spools and jumpers in deep water
  • Experience within project: at least 10 years in large offshore oil & gas SURF projects
  • Fluent in English
