What are you going to do

Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Schulung beim Kunden vor Ort - weltweit (alle Kontinente)
Service- und Reparatureinsätze sowie technischer Kundendienst
Ansprechperson bei technischen Problemen (Troubleshooting, Ersatzteilberatung)
Koordination und Unterstützung lokaler Servicetechniker im Ausland
Aufbau und Tests von Prototypen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung
Technischer Input für Produktverbesserungen sowie Betriebsanleitungen und Verkaufsunterlagen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene mechanische Grundausbildung mit Kenntnissen in Elektro- und Pneumatiktechnik
Erfahrung als Servicetechniker:in im internationalen Umfeld
Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit diversen Kulturen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 %, auch spontan), weltweit in rechtlich erlaubte Länder
Selbstständige, durchsetzungsstarke und flexible Persönlichkeit, organisiert und lösungsorientiert
Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office
