What are you going to do
-
Durchführung präventiver Wartungen und Instandhaltungen direkt vor Ort bei Kunden (ca. 75 % Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz)

Technische Unterstützung und Beratung über die Hotline

Erfassung und Pflege der Serviceeinsätze im firmeneigenen CRM-System

Verwaltung und Betreuung des Ersatzteillagers mit SAP
Essential skills and knowledge
-
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Techniker oder Ingenieur)

Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise als Servicetechniker
-
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken
-
Belastbarkeit und professionelles Auftreten in verschiedenen Kundensituationen
-
Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
-
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
-
Gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
