Onshore Communication Specialist

Responsible for the development and recommendation of project communication strategies to enable internal and external communications on project status and achievements.Continuous review of project status while staying current on industry trends, Contractors’ and Subcontractors’ status and worldwide events to provide guidance to the Head of Project Engineering and the Onshore Project Leadership Team on key public relations topics or events. Develops presentations, writes content for LNG intranet website, reviews press releases and media inquiries from Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors for approval via existing LNG protocol, drafts memos to support the Leadership Team in the communication of messages across the Onshore Project, upline with LNG Senior Management and with the Project Shareholders and Stakeholders. Plans, organizes, and supports key Onshore events in collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. VIP / Shareholder site visits, Annual and Bi-Annual Safety Summits, Major Projects Events)Develops and keeps a repository of standard project information with description of all facilities, key project facts as well as narratives for use in internal and external project communications to support events such as VIP site visits, special events organized by other departments that require information input from Onshore. Supports Onshore Leadership Team in the development and delivery of teambuilding to enable a positive environment within the Project Management Team as part of the Onshore Project Vision, Mission and Values.
