What are you going to do

act as an assembly supervisor / lead technical field advisor
perform and manage installation/assembly work as part of the construction / major overhauls / inspections of steam turbines and their accessories within their assigned section
coordinate the mechanical assembly/installation of equipment as part of the delivery
work closely with the technical preparation department on installation procedures, updating timelines, updating the manning plan and monitoring measurements (e.g. measurements of bearings, seals, machine alignment, coupling, shaft alignment etc.)
check the quality and completeness of deliveries and shares responsibility for the commissioning of the equipment in accordance with contractual terms

Essential skills and knowledge

previous experience in similar role - steam turbine assembly supervisor/lead technical field advisor/lead technician
ability to manage the company's workers and subcontractors, organizing their collaboration during the assembly, repair or inspection of steam turbines and accessories
knowledge of the installation of steam turbine accessories (turbine control, generator + exciter, oil system, condenser, pumps)
readiness to work abroad on one, two or three projects (9 projects in 6 countries on 3 continents in 2025-2026 in total), 1 project takes 4 to 8 months
fluent English
