Introduction

Looking for an R&D Lead or Senior R&D / Design Engineer to join an international company engineering and producing electronic solutions using factories and distribution centers on three continents.

What are you going to do

Build and lead new engineering team as a part of existing production plant in the region of Liberec
Cooperate with company global engineering center
Improve and extend defined product portfolio focusing on local production lines
Transfer and develop processes and knowledge

Essential skills and knowledge

MA or BA degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Experience in dealing with electro-mechanical components
Experience in R&D and product development
Leadership skills, not necessary line managerial experience
Project management skills
Fluent English
