What are you going to do

Jouw rol als Lead Inspection Engineer

Als Lead Inspection Engineer ben jij de spilfiguur binnen het inspectieteam waarborg jij de integriteit van statische installaties en leidingsystemen en coördineert de inspectiewerkzaamheden, zowel tijdens operationele periodes als shutdowns (T&I).

Wat ga je doen?

Inspectie & Integriteit

Waarborgen van de technische integriteit van statische installaties en piping.
Zorgen voor de naleving van de Antwerp Platform Inspection Strategy (Risk Based Inspection).
Validatie van inspectierapporten en aanbevelingen.
Deelname aan root cause analyses bij incidenten en anomalieën.

Coördinatie & Teamwork

Dagelijkse coördinatie van het inspectieteam (TEOA) en opvolging van teamperformantie, budgetten en KPI's.
Coaching en ondersteuning van inspecteurs.
Contactpersoon voor betrokken Business Teams.

Compliance & Veiligheid

Zorgen voor naleving van Belgische en Vlaamse regelgeving (o.a. stoom, perslucht, LPG, opslagtanks).
Toezicht op naleving van de veiligheidsregels van onze klant.
Werken volgens RC bedrijfsrichtlijnen en lokale inspectieprocedures.

Projecten & Verbeteringen

Ondersteunen van de MOC (Management of Change) procedure.
Coördineren van 'lessons learned' (REX) processen.
Meewerken aan speciale projecten op verzoek van de Inspection Manager.

Communicatie

Nauwe samenwerking met afdelingen zoals productie, proces en onderhoud.

Essential skills and knowledge

Wie ben jij?

Universitair geschoolde ingenieur met minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de petrochemie.
Ruime kennis van corrosie, degradatiemechanismen, inspectietechnieken en internationale normen (API, NACE…).
Vaardig in systemen zoals Credo, RB.Eye, Access, Excel, SAP.
Sterk in organisatie, communicatie en teammanagement.
Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels vereist; Frans is een plus.
Persoonlijkheid: autonoom, analytisch, stressbestendig, teamgericht en nauwkeurig.
