What are you going to do

Als IT Servicedeskmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-meldingen. Je ondersteunt gebruikers effectief, zorgt voor een gebruiksvriendelijk serviceportaal en een up-to-date kennisbank. Je registreert meldingen, handelt ze zelfstandig af en schakelt indien nodig met de 2e of 3e lijn.

Je werkt in een zelf-organiserend team en streeft naar continue verbetering van de dienstverlening. Je bent communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig. Ontwikkeling is belangrijk voor je.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimaal een niveau 4 mbo-diploma in de richting van IT en enige werkervaring.
Je kunt goed en duidelijk communiceren. Zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Een startsalaris van €2700,- op basis van 40 uur.
Bij het behalen van certificaten krijg je loonsverhoging. Zo proberen wij jou zo goed mogelijk te motiveren.
