These are the terms and conditions ("Rules") that apply to Brunel’s Prize Draw for completing their Fact to the Future 2023 survey ("Prize Draw"). By completing Brunel’s Fact to the Future 2023 Survey, you will have the option to be entered into the Prize Draw to be in with the chance of winning up to $100 worth of Amazon vouchers (or equivalent). Each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood Brunel’s privacy policy which can be found here.
1. Promoter
Brunel International, with registered company number 08167130 and registered office address at John M. Keynesplein 33, 1066 EP Amsterdam, The Netherlands
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for entry to this Prize Draw, you must:
a. Supply all required contact information and complete the survey in full
b. Have internet access to complete the survey
c. Entrants can be based anywhere but the Prize must be delivered to an active email address provided
d. Brunel reserves the right at any time to verify eligibility
3. Non-Eligibility
a. Current employees of Brunel, Taylor Hopkinson or any connecting subsidiaries
4. How to enter
To be eligible for the Prize Draw to be in with the chance of winning up to $100 worth of Amazon vouchers (or equivalent), you must complete the following steps:
a. Provide all required contact information as requestion before survey launch
b. Complete the survey in full and provide up-to-date contact information as requested
5. Prize
There are individual prizes on offer, for each industry survey, worth up to $100 of Amazon vouchers (or equivalent)
6. Prize conditions
a. An alternative prize worth up to $100 may be offered in the event of Amazon vouchers being unavailable in your country at Brunel’s discretion
b. Value of Amazon vouchers (or equivalent) may change based on current exchange rates for your own currency at the time of claiming your prize
c. Each winner will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out in accordance with the terms and conditions
7. Winner selection
a. All entries will be anonymised and be checked for eligibility
b. Entries will be placed into a name generator where they will be picked at random, then contacted by email with instructions on how to claim the prize
8. Winner notification
a. Winner will be notified via the email address provided and will have 14 days from the date of notification to provide details required to claim the prize
9. Claiming the prize
a. All details about claiming the prize will be communicated via the email address provided
b. Failure to provide the requested information within the 14-day period after prize notification will mean you forfeit the prize resulting in a re-selection of the new winner. The new draw will exclude the email address of the entrant who has forfeited the prize originally
10. Interference with the Competition
Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Competition is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances, Brunel reserves all its rights
11. Cancellation and variation
Brunel reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Competition and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Brunel’s reasonable control
12. Personal data
a. Entrants acknowledge that any personal data of entrants processed in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with the Brunel’s Privacy policy at https://www.brunel.net/en/privacy-policy
b. Brunel is the controller in respect of entrants' personal data obtained in connection with the Competition
c. Brunel will process, and permit the processing of, entrants' personal data for the purposes described in these Rules and Brunel’s Privacy policy, which purposes include the administration of the Competition.
