Introduction

What are you going to do 

As a Well Site Services Supervisor, you will be situated in Woodside's Perth office and will work on a rotational roster that aligns with the rig and project requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and execution of all completion and abandonment activities, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • This includes workshop planning, equipment preparation, system integration testing, and executing offshore operations to achieve Woodside's objectives

Essential skills and knowledge 

The ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge and experience in subsea drilling, completion, and well intervention operations, including but not limited to:

  • Electric wireline operations, including fishing
  • Slickline operations, including fishing
  • Coiled tubing operations
  • Live well interventions
  • High H2S interventions
  • Cement plug placement and cement squeeze operations
  • Casing section milling
  • Perf wash and cement operations
  • Casing and wellhead cutting and recovery
  • Well completion operations, including pack and pumping operations
  • Well test equipment and operational experience
  • IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention Certificate (or drilling every 2 years)
  • BOSIET and H2S training
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, along with a commitment to managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

If this is a Site / Asset based role, or will reasonably require more than 5 days in a row to be spent at an asset / site, candidates are expected to demonstrate the below in order to be considered:

  • Have completed and hold a valid Industry Safety Induction (Safer Together), or
  • Be able to demonstrate 12 months O&G experience within the last 2 years, in order to be granted an 'experienced worker' exemption.
