Tenders & Estimation Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Age: 35+ years of age.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and execution of solar EPC projects, with a focus on ground mount systems.

Bid Experience: Experience managing bids for solar ground mount projects of 50 MW or more.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of both AC and DC systems in solar projects, including inverters, transformers, and electrical commissioning.

Skills:

• Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of tender reading, technical evaluation, and bid submission
• processes.
• Familiarity with solar industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in design tools/software (AutoCAD, estimation software, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills for accurate estimations and bid preparation.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple complex bids simultaneously.
• Ability to assess technical and financial aspects of bids and ensure compliance with client specifications.
