Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. System Engineer (Development) - Data Scientist / Data Analyst (Power BI) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data science, and Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What are you going to do

Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Manage and oversee the Power BI environment, ensuring adherence to governance policies and best practices.
Implement and maintain security protocols for data access and report sharing.
Monitor usage and performance metrics to optimize the Power BI ecosystem.
Design and implement data models for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of data.
Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines to automate data ingestion and preparation.
Analyze and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through effective tuning strategies.
Provide training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their Power BI skills.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Power BI tools.
Configure and manage data sources in the Power BI Gateway to ensure seamless data refresh and connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data source configurations.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of SQL and other data manipulation languages.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
